Benz has had a terrible lot in life... so far. She was abandoned at a shelter after 2 years of living in a pen without being touched. She didn't have a chance with animal control so our group took her and over the past year we've made so much progress. She has so much love to give. Do you think you could love her as well? why nobody has adopted her is a mystery to me. She gazes longingly into your eyes as if you're the only person on earth and she only wants to be loved. She's a bit shy but bonds quickly and very strongly. If you're looking for a faithful companion, to give you every bit of her heart and soul then Benz is your girl. She's 28lbs, a lab/bassett mix or so we are guessing. She's short and long and ca n be a bit silly. she loves to stand straight up on her hind legs and wave her paws up and down like patty cake. She gets so excited to see you. She's great with car rides, she just curls up and goes to sleep. She likes to go for walks but is pretty calm. She'd be content being your couch potato. She's house and crate trained. I'd like for her to be an only dog so that she can feel cherished and be the center of attention like she deserves.
