I’m Scruffy, and I have a long story to tell. Actually, I think I’ll let Cathy, my foster mom, tell you the details when you call to ask about me. I have a liver shunt, which means that I don’t digest my food properly. Plans are underway to raise enough money so that I can have the surgery needed in order for me to lead a normal life. You can find out more about my problem if you look at www.pickettpaws.org. It took a long time for the vet to find out what was wrong with me. I had tests and special diets galore! Is it any wonder that I want a lot of attention? I don’t like other animals. Give me a human any day! I’m a Jack Russell born at the end of March in 2005. I’m housebroken, leash trained and crate trained. I’m also spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. I love my foster home, but I think it’s high time I got a home of my own.
