Description:
Please contact Jenny (jhattphoto@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet. Little man Tait came to Lifeline through Animal Control where he was brought in as a stray. His age has been estimated as 5 1/2 months due to his baby teeth still being in place. Tait is a gorgeous clear fawn and white, and a larger puppy who will probably grow up to be a 'biggie iggie.' Skittish and shy, Tait warms up to both people and other dogs if given a little time. He's frightened of loud voices and loud noises. Tait is working on crate training and housetraining, along with walking on lead. He loves to sleep in bed, but at his age, still has to get up twice a night to go out and potty. Tait has been vaccinated and neutered, and will be available for adoption when he recovers from his neuter surgery. We'd like to place him in a quiet, adult home with a fenced yard for safety. Puppy class is a requirement of all Lifeline puppies adopted at less than 1 year old, so please do your research on positive dog training in your area before you apply for Tait. Tait is being fostered in Waterloo, IA.
