There she was used to make puppies for the owner to sell to pet stores. She got no attention, no love, no interaction and no training. In foster care she is learning about crate training, and how to walk on the leash. She is terrified but slowly figuring out that people are an ok thing and nothing she needs to fear. Tinsel will not be placed in a home with children and does require another dog in the home to help her in her training and socialization. She also requires a physically fenced yard because she is still very eager to get away from people. In a loving, nuturing environment, she will become a wonderful companion but potential adopters should be prepared for a long and patient road to help her reach that destination.
