Description:
Nana is a drop dead gorgeous, 6 yr old, purebred Great Pyrenees spayed female, in perfect health and of exceptional bloodlines. No known vices. UTD on worming, vacs, including rabies, HW neg & on preventative. She is a former working dog, ready to be a steady, loyal, quiet, gentle companion dog. She will not be placed where she has to work for a living, companion only. We would prefer a low impact lifestyle for her, with stay at home humans. She would be happiest with a neutered male companion, or would be fine as an only dog if she has a cat to snuggle. Her in house time has been limited, but so far she is accident free, gentle & quiet in the house. She is a content, obedient, sweet natured soul and a loving snuggler, weight approx 110 lbs. Nana will always be a formidable guardian, but only barks when necessary, such as strangers at the gate, or predators. History w/small children unknown, but she loves everything except coyotes, i.e.; cats, livestock (goats, sheep, horses, pigs, burros, etc.) Not chicken tested. Traditional fencing, home visit & veterinary reference required. Nana is an exceptional Great Pyrenees dog who has been selected for sponsorship by National Great Pyrenees Rescue (NGPR). She is currently being fostered out of our area and NGPR will arrange for her transport to an approved home.
