Abby is a 6 year old pyr in need of a new home. Her breeder had to surrender because he lost his farm. She is has a wonderful gentle demenaor and temperament, and would be fine in a home with other dogs, cats too, and is very gentle and calm with children. Abby will be placed as an inside pet with outside privileges to a secure above ground fenced yard. Pyrs do not do well with wireless fencing. We recommend obedience training for all newly adopted pyrs, to help you create a special bond with you and your new friend. Abby is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on shots, heartworm and flea medication. She is an exceptional Great Pyrenees dog who has been selected for sponsorship by National Great Pyrenees Rescue (NGPR).
