Female, 1 year, Black, Natural Ears Voodoo is an affectionate 1-year-old black female Dane with natural ears. She was surrendered to Rescue by her previous owners because she was chasing livestock at the breeder’s farm where she lived. Her foster mom says, “Voodoo is the sweetest thing ever! When she’s playing, she barks like she’s in a Kung Fu movie – she makes the initial bark noise, but after that, her mouth just keeps moving and no sound comes out! It’s so funny.” Voodoo is learning the benefits of indoor living, and she is getting up to speed on house training and her basic commands very quickly. She loves playing with her toys and going for walks. Voodoo gets along famously with dogs, cats and children of all ages. She would do best in a home with other dogs to show her the ropes. Her foster mom adds, “Voodoo loves to scrunch up as close as she can get, throw a paw over my arm, lay her head on my chest and give a great sigh! She’s such a dear to have in the house and is such a joy to have around. Any family would be lucky to have her as part of their family.”
