Chloe is an angelic 2 year old, Black, female Dane with natural ears. She came to the Rescue from a shelter where she was turned in severely emaciated, having pneumonia, and having horrible skin conditions. She weighed only 68 lbs! Chloe’s foster mom describes her as “an angel sent from above!” She immediately bonded with her smaller foster sibling but struggled a little with the larger dog in the family. After a few dominance scuffles (which were easily squelched), they have worked through their issues and now get along. She loves cats (maybe a bit too much) and loves to chase them (if they will run) but she is not harmful. She loves nothing more than snuggling upon on the couch with her humans (of all sizes) and will follow them wherever they go. Chloe is crate trained but has no problem staying home alone with free roam. She is currently on her way to a healthy weight. She is obviously glad to be rescued and full of love and attention to give to whoever gives her the same.
