Blondie is a 9yo female golden retriever mix who came to rescue when her owner died. Blondie is friendly and well-socialized with a medium activity level. Goes outside to do her business and then comes right back in. Likes to go for walks, loves to be with people, enjoys being petted and brushed. Fine with cats. Great with kids and recommended for children 6 years and older. Blondie isn't good with other dogs so she's recommended as 'an only dog.' Good on a leash, rides great in the car. Knows basic commands. Housebroken and crate-trained. No issues such as separation anxiety, counter surfing or barking. Weighs about 100#, healthy, altered and utd on shots. Blondie's owner had allowed her to gain weight but she is now on a healthy eating program to get her girlish figure back. Although she's a golden retriever mix, Blondie's temperament is 'all golden.' This is a wonderful girl who deserves a loving home. Because she's officially a senior, Blondie's adoption fee will be discounted. To adopt please fill out an adoption application. For more information about our adoption procedures and fees, please visit our homepage at Good Dog Rescue. For more information or if your have questions email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
