He has the beautiful color, the sweet face, and the pretty - but in Tex' case - sad eyes. Tex is not a young dog, that's how he knows something is definitely wrong in his life story. He probably was someone's pet: Tex is VERY affectionate, so why oh why is he here? Why isn't he at home, with his humans? Who know? Humans are crazy, they drop their best friend to the pound, for no good reason.Look at Tex, doesn't he look like a very wise dog who has a lot of love to give?
