Update: 9/16/09 Beautiful Bear is now even more beautiful, having had his pearly whites polished to a movie-star glow last week. At the same time, the vet removed a couple of lumps from his chest. Nothing to worry about—they were just lipomas, but we didn’t want them to grow any larger. So, he’s new & improved in looks… but as for his personality? Still unimprovable! He’s simply wonderful, all that anyone who appreciates the special joy of older Goldens could ever want. Tall, blond, and handsome! Mild-mannered Bear came to GRR from owners who found themselves just too busy to give the sociable Golden the attention he ought to have—he was spending almost all his time outdoors in a large pen. They knew he deserved a better life.
