Description: 
Cowboy is a Good Boy! Cowboy came to us last week from the South Eastern part of the US. He is getting some good chow, and starting to build back his strength. He has been on the lamb for some time, or someone simply forgot to feed him. We will update as we get him well, and he puts on weight. So far he is a very sweet dog that loves people. Doesn't show any aggression towards the other fosters.
