Chevy is a @ 3 year old male. He loves affection, exercise and food. Recently here from Iowa where he was extremely malnurished, he has gained almost twenty pounds and has been given a strong bill of health. Chevy is a large male who is good with kids, dogs and cats. He is being fostered with a cat and a female GSP and is aware of the cat but just visually. He has had some training: he will sit, stay and come most of the time ( unless there is a squirrel of course). He pulls on a lead and is strong, an obedience class would be great for him. Even though he is a large Shorthair, he would be in your lap if you let him. Chevy needs a home with someone who has time to dedicate to him. He is very smart but would benefit from further training. Chevy is being fostered in Ellicott City, MD.
