Description:
Meet Magic Magic and his sister Cinder were born on 2-6-09 and were surrendered to rescue when the breeder discovered she could not place them. They were raised around cats and small children. His sister Cinder has already been adopted! Magic is mostly black with an increasing amount of tan on his feet and legs. He is quite handsome and is now in a foster home with 10 other german shepherds and fitting in marvelously! His pack manners are excellent. He is such a joy to watch romping and playing all day long. Magic absolutely adores any sweet talk you direct his way. He loves snuggling with his foster Mom on the sofa while they watch TV. We're working on basic obedience to add to his already excellent house manners. Magic can be a bit timid at first with men but warms up quickly - he really loves the ladies! As with ALL GERMAN SHEPHERDS we strongly encourage the new adoptive family to enroll the dog in an obedience class to facilitate bonding and help with the transformation into the best dog you've ever had. If you are interested in adopting a new family member from our organization, please complete the online adoption application. It is the first step to bringing home your new family member. All dogs listed as ADOPTABLE are indeed still available. Matching the right dog with the right family sometimes takes a while, so your patience is appreciated. Our adoption fees are: $300 for any dog 1 year and younger (BABY) $250 for any dog 1-3 years (YOUNG) $200 for any dog 3-7 years (ADULT) $150 for dogs over 7 (SENIOR) The adoption fee helps cover expenses for the dogs while in the rescue program including the vet check, vaccines, heartworm testing, stool check, spay/neuter , microchip, plus other necessary veterinary care and training to get the dog ready for adoption. Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. We are not a shelter, but a network of foster homes. Therefore there is no one central location where multiple dogs can be viewed. We work BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Unable to adopt or foster? Click the button below to SPONSOR ME VIA PAYPAL
