Griffin is a beautiful two-three year old Shephard/Elkhound mix weighing approximately 50lbs. Griffin was found wandering as a stray and spent a month at the local shelter before coming to WAFAR, he is a runner and will require a fenced yard. He loves to play and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Griffin shows a bit too much interest in cats and therefore should not be placed in a home with feline family members. He does well with children and enjoys car rides. Griffin has shown some restlessness when left alone for extended periods of time, this behavior has begun to subside and we are hopeful that once he has time to adjust and become confident in a new routine in a permanent home it will no longer be an issue.
