Austin is an active medium sized black & tan German Shepherd mix (about 40 pounds). She is 4 years old ~ her birthday is 11/23/04. Austin knows several commands, including sit, stay, come, and 'give me five'. She does very well off leash, and has good recall. Austin likes other dogs (males & females), but might tend to be a bit bossy at times. She is spayed, housebroken (cue words are 'Do you have to go outside'?), up to date on shots, and is microchipped. Austin tends to have a sensitive stomach, and does well on Nutro Natural Choice Chicken Meal, Rice & Oatmeal Formula for Sensitive Stomachs . She enjoys laying on the couch with you, but at night, loves to curl up in a dog bed next to your bed. She enjoys being groomed, but is a little leary of having her nails cut ~ recommend a professional do it. She is curious & tolerant about cats, but will chase them if they run.
