Caspian is a friendly little guy who found himself at a kill shelter when his owners were not taking proper care of him. He has terrible skin but no signs of serious skin condition. The vet believes it to be terrible flea allergies from living in poor conditions. He is now safely in rescue and getting wonderful oatmeal baths and vitamins to help his skin heal and his coat grow in nice and shiny! Caspian is only about 9wks old and should be ready for a new home in a few short weeks!
