Description:
BONNIE was just a skeleton with fur draped over it, Scavenging for food in a parking lot near the Grand Canyon National Park in AZ. Her rescuer picked her up, and took her the the pet boarding motel in the park. They cared for her while trying, five different states, to fine a rescue to take her in. Well... we do have this sweet girl. She came in, still very thin, with a tumor that is now being treated by the Small Animal Veterinary school at OSU. It has a 95% chance of a cure, and will never return. When she is through her treatments there, she will be spayed, updated on her vaccines, and ready for her forever new home, and a mush better life. She is SO appreciative, and glad to be alive. She will soon be ready for her forever home, never to starve again. Bonnie's medical care is very expensive, and we are in need of donations to take care of the costs. The chemo is about $2000 alone......but don't you agree that she is SO worth it. Any help you can give will be Gratefully appreciated by us an mostly Bonnie. UPDATE: Bonnie might have had her last treatment, Two weeks ago, we put her under anesthesia, and did a biopsy, to check to see if there was any more tumor left inside of her. She looks normal outside now. They only found a few black spots where they think the tumor attached itself. We are waiting two more weeks for another look. She will not be able to be adopted until we get the
