Tuscany's pups were born shortly after she arrived at a high kill shelter. Unfortunately momma Tuscany became very ill and required immediate medical attention which the shelter was reluctant to provide. Thanks to some dedicated volunteers, this family was transferred to the hospital, receiving the treatment they required. Once released from the hospital, this family of 11 made they way to one of our foster homes, where all have thrived. The pups have grown up big and strong and are ready for homes of their own. These 5 girls and 5 boys come in a rainbow of colors so there is someone for everyone to love.
Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way!
If you are interested in meeting Triscuit, please fill out our online application. An adoption counselor will contact you. Due to the overwhelming response we get to puppies, we will not be able to provide information until we have an application on file.
Please visit www.coastalgsr.org to learn more about our dogs. Click on available dogs to see further descriptions. If you are interested in me, please contact Tiffany at email@example.com. or call (714) 528-4730. Don't forget to fill out our online application.
The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.
Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
Our adoption process begins with completing an application on-line. A phone screening will soon follow, and lastly a home visit will be conducted by our volunteers.
We show our dogs at adoption events every weekend! Please click on Events to see where we'll be next!
