UPDATE; We are home !!! We are staying here. Mom says we are 'sanctuary sweethearts'
Here we are......Hope, Faith and Spirit, that's US.........for those of you who do not know our story here it goes;. Our owner dumped us, YES they dumped us! We where hungry, cold, covered in flease and ticks............we finally found shelter in a barn after wandering around for a looooong time. Luckily the barn belonged to a Veterinarian who could not believe her eyes when she spotted us. She called our foster mom and told her about us 3.Our foster mom came and picked us up and kept reasuring us that everything will be ok from now on.........( we where not sure about that, still trying to figure out WHY our human who we trusted dumped us). Mom cleaned us up, pulled the ticks off, applied Frontline to kill the flease and gave us a big bowl of food and a warm blanket to curl up in.
The next day she took us to another Vet who knows a lot about eyes, you see our eyes where all matted up and had this funny film over them. The nice Vet told our mom that we need eyedrops every hour for the next view days if she wants us to be able to see again. Boy, let me tell you we sure are glad she did put those drops in every hour because you know what? WE can see again....yippie.
We are very attached to each other ( can you blame us? that's all we had was 'each other' when we got dumped) and we really want to stay together. Us two girls are easy going, laid back and like to cuddle up together and snooze. Spirit is the more playful one who will do just about anything to get you to play with him.We don't ask for much, a nice warm place to sleep, some good food and a good old petting every once in a while would make us happy.Mom had us fully Vetted, we are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, tested negative for Heartworms.......... Can you find it in YOUR heart to give us a chance?UPDATE:Hope does fine being seperated from Spirit and Faith but Spirit and Faith need to find a home together. Want to see more pictures? Dumping dogs in the country is CRUEL and WRONG, we can not fend for ourselves and usually end up dying a slow and painful death of either starvation, injury or as a predator's meal. 'SHAME ON YOU'!!! for dumping us, we trusted YOU and you betrayed us...........
