We also do a site inspection for secure fenced yards and do not adopt to apartments usually as this is a hunting dog breed and they need exercise. They are not recommended for children under age 7 and have large voices so too noisy for most apartment or condos situations. Most of the dogs in this breed are active and are rarely couch pillows.
