He is very friendly to both people and other dogs of all sizes. Rupert is a very happy dog with a great disposition. Rupert is pretty much house trained, but will need a little refresher course after being in our rescue for a few months. He is up to date with all his adult vaccines, but will need his neutering and rabies. When Rupert came to us, he had a little hair loss behind his ears, due to an abundance of fleas.
