My name is Freckles and I am three years old. My brother and I wound up at Collie Concern Rescue when our owner could no longer care for us. My brother has been adopted, but I am still searching for my forever home. I am an awesome dog, if I do say so myself, and my foster parents agree. My foster mom calls me 'Freckle Bear' because she says I'm just like a big, lovable teddy bear. I can be active at times, but overall, I am a laid back, mellow boy who just wants to be loved. I love people so much that I had no trouble at all adjusting to my foster home. Pet me, cuddle me, let me lay next to you while you watch t.v., and I'll be your faithful companion and show you unconditional love. I get along well with all three of the other dogs at my foster home (male and female, big and small), and I'm even safe to have around small animals. When the guinea pigs come out to play, I will sniff them, wag my tail, and sometimes give kisses; but I am always very gentle and never try and hurt them. I would do great as an only dog or in a multiple pet household. I love being an inside dog because I want to be involved in the family and spend lots of time with my new people. I don't bark much. The only time I seem to bark is when all of us dogs are playing. I figure, if they're allowed to bark, then I am, too!
