Coach Adoption Contribution: $225.00 Coach is a 2 year old sable and white [what's this?] Collie mix. He is an extremely handsome boy who always appears to be smiling. To go along with his glowing expression is a tail that's always wagging and a disposition to match! He has all the attributes that make Collie ownership so wonderful, along with a handsome, distinctive face that holds your attention! He is an affectionate boy with a very playful nature. He has never met a stranger ... he is excited to meet everyone he encounters, both people and canines. He enjoys chasing around and playing with other dogs and even enjoys roughhousing with his people. Coach loves playing with plush toys and making them squeak and tossing them around. Coach even gets along with cats!Coach is always interested in checking out whatever his people are up to, especially in the kitchen! He has obviously never been an indoor dog in his past life and is now learning the intricacies of household manners and housebreaking. He's coming along well in both areas. He is not fearful about new situations and tackles whatever lies before him without trepidation. He's a very 'willing to please' dog and is very food motivated, so training has been fairly easy. We would strongly recommend that Coach go to a home where his new parents can assert themselves as being in charge. He is crate trained and can remain there quietly throughout the night and/or workday. He hasn't been destructive in any way at this point.
