Description:
10-11-08 If you are looking for a big, happy, goofy dog, then look no further!! She really wants a home with someone who understands that she has never had a real home and has lots to learn...along with a ton of love to give!8-21-08 Gracie was found as a stray and has not been claimed. Her ears were bloody from the flies so she was either tied out or constantly kenneled and doesn't want to live like that anymore. She is just a year old, 55# and looks to be smooth Collie and maybe Golden or Lab, And some say they see Basset?Very pretty and very active girl. She is now fully vetted, current on shots, heartworm tested and on preventative and been treated for parasites. She is micro-chipped and will be spayed prior to adoption (scheduled for 9-8-08-done). She is kind of a wild child and LOVES people and other dogs! She is interested in cats but not overly so. She has typical puppy behavior and does jump up and is mouthy so a home with no small children as she would definately be too much for them. Regular exercise, stability and a basic obedience class would do wonders for her! This is a HAPPY and very FRIENDLY girl! She can amuse herself for hours in the yard with a toy and is not much of a barker. She is learning to walk on a leash (does great with a prong/pinch collar!)and is doing better but is strong. She would love a fenced yard and another active dog to run off some of her puppy energy. Could she be the girl for you?
