Blaze Adoption Contribution: This handsome Collie/Corgi mix was dumped at a kill shelter by his previous owner with his father Frisky. He had been kept outside in the cold and was very neglected and a filthy mess when Almost Home stepped in to rescue him. He is approximately 9 years old and is a very quiet and somewhat shy boy. He is adjusting to being an inside dog very easily and is appreciative of his comfy bed. He amazingly appears to be housebroken and is very well mannered inside. He weighs right around 40 lbs. He relishes any attention you will give him and loves to have his ears scratched. He is learning that he can trust people and slowly feeling safe. Blaze is very calm, quiet and relaxed. He is a low energy dog who loves the warmth of his foster home. A home without many stairs would probably be best for him. He is very easy to care for and gives a lot of love back. How could anyone have thrown this boy away like useless garbage? He has so much love to share with his forever family. Blaze is very attached to his father Blaze and they have formed a strong bond from living together all their lives. Almost Home would love for these guys to be adopted into the same family if possible. Can you find it in your heart to take both of them in and show them that loving families do exist? They will repay your with all the love they have. The adoption contribution for Blaze is $175.00. Please contact Daryl at email@example.com for more information about Blaze or any of our other adoptable dogs.
