Gabby is a sweet, smart dog who loves people of all shapes and sizes. She's content to sit on the couch or at your feet while you watch tv or work on the computer and she chews on her favorite rope toy or a bone. She is kennel trained and does well overnights and when you leave the house. She considers herself a guard dog and she'll let you know anytime someone comes to visit. She's learned to tell her foster dad's and foster uncle's cars apart from all the other ones in the complex, though! Gabby does not like other dogs. She really prefers to be the center of attention. She's not aggressive towards cats or small animals, though she does like to play 'tag' with them. She thinks our ferret is just the best thing in the world! Gabby would love a home with an older child to play with and a yard to do it in. Gabby is one of the smartest dogs I've ever met and she does what she thinks will please her people. We're currently working on sit and stay, and she's learning quickly.
