Adoption will require completion of an application, phone interview, reference checks and home visit. The adoption fee for dogs is; puppies up to age 2 yr., is $250.00 and for dogs ages 2 and up is $200.00. MAGGIE is believed to be a Cocker/Poodle mix, with an estimated age between 6 & 8 yrs. young. She is a little shy at first but when she feels comfortable, has an adorable personality. She loves to take her little rope toy, shaking tossing it in the air. MAGGIE gets along with the other dogs in her foster home and tries to play, but the younger ones keep taking her toys away. She is okay with the cats, but will chase them if they run. She is loves to sit outside and watch the birds and squirrels and will bark a little at them, but her foster mom would not consider her a ‘barker’. MAGGIE sleeps in her crate at night and when her foster mom has to go out for a couple of hours. MAGGIE has not shown any destructive tendencies and would probably be fine, but came from a multi-dog environment where everyone was crated.
