Description:
Please contact Brandee (brandee.adderley@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Adoption Application link: http://crest-care.net/forms.htm Hi my name is Patsy. I am a true hairless Chinese crested that won't need any trimming to keep my beautiful hair cut, but I do need regular skin care - so make sure you read up about crested care if you are not familiar with us. I am about 13 pounds and 14 inches tall. I am about six years old, the first six years of my life were very sad - I was kept in a cage and only let out to have puppies, then they would take my puppies away from me. I have a hernia from having so many puppies but the doctor said it should not cause me any problems! At my last home no one gave me love or ever said good girl. I was so very sad and scared, then someone took me away and now I live with my foster family in a warm house and lots of soft blankets. I am learning that I am safe and what this love thing is all about and boy is it GREAT! I love to be by my human and to be petted. Cuddling is just awesome and the best part is sleeping in the big bed with my foster parents at night. At first I was a little scared but now I love to be under the covers and cuddle up close! I live with other dogs and cats, even a kid - I don't mind any of them. Where I lived before we were never let out so I pottied in my cage but my foster mommy is teaching me that I should potty outside. It is really very cold but when she brings out the those yummy smelling treats I run right outside so I can get one! My foster mom says I am not 100% potty trained yet but I am making improvements every day and I have learned to sleep through the night without any accidents! But I have to go out as soon as I wake up because I can't hold it too long yet. My foster mom says I will need a home where the family is loving, patient, and understanding while I continue to learn what this real world is like. If you think you might be a great home for me you can email my foster family at brandee.adderley@gmail.com or find out the adoption process at www.crest-care.net I am 'fixed' so that I can't be forced to have any more puppies and I am up to date on all my shots.
