Toby is a 4 pound, 4 year old male chihuahua. He has congestive heart failure so he doesn't have the energy span as a typical chihuahua. He's as sweet as can be and is a great cuddle companion. More to come! He will be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.00 We operate strictly out of foster homes.
