Description:
Thank you for your interest in one of our dogs. Once you have read the biography if he/she sounds like a match, please fill out an application on our website at www.dpsrescue.com. Adoption Fee for all adult dogs is $300. Puppies are $350. Seniors over the age of 10 years old are $150. All dogs are spayed or neutered, current on shots (DHPPC, Bordetella and Rabies), microchipped, Frontline for fleas and ticks and dewormed. Quinn is a 2 year old Chihuahua who came to us very pregnant from the shelter. The evening she arrived she had puppies and unfortunately due to illness none of them made it. But thankfully our vet was able to save Quinn's life.Quinn weighs about 5-6lbs. and she's a total lap dog. She is the kind of dog who wants to be with you, doing whatever you are doing when you're home. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, she's fine with cats and she'd be fine with kids old enough to handle a tiny dog. Quinn is not a barker. She'd be a perfect addition to an apartment or condo. Quinn would be an ideal dog for someone who wants the companionship of a dog who loves to sleep with them, loves to be on their lap, loves to follow them around the house.Quinn is crate trained. She also has done very well in her foster home when being put out every 4-5 hours.Quinn currently lives with big and small dogs. She shares the bed at her foster home with another Chihuahua and a Terrier. As long as there is a place for her to squeeze in, she'll find it!
