Ceasar is a t-cup chihuahua and is about 3 lbs. He is not suitable for toddlers because of his tiny size. He has a tiny girl-friend named Cha-Cha and we would like to see them be adopted together. He is very out going. she is very timid at first. but warms up quickly.
