Description: 
Tootsie is a 8 lb., 5 to 7 year old little girl who is as sweet as a tootsie roll. Her foster mom says she's a quiet, super well behaved girl. She gets along great with other dogs and cats.Tootsie was attacked by a big dog and was in really bad shape when we got her. A local shelter called and asked if we would take her and nurse her back to health. We were not completely prepared when we saw her as she was in pretty bad condition. But, she went to a foster home where she received warm compresses throughout the day to help the drains that were placed throughout her neck area. She was taken to the vet every other day for 2 weeks to have regular checks and drain cleaning. She also was placed on strong antibiotics to help ward off the mass infection.
