Please contact Peggy (729@bellsouth.net) for more information about this pet. Frankie is a senior Chihuahua. He was found by one of our volunteers. He was in a rural area wandering the streets all by himself. It was cold and rainy so our volunteer took him. Frankie is now happily living in a foster home. He is up to date on routine vaccinations and neutered. If you are interested in adopting Frankie please contact us. All applicants MUST fill out an ACAP application to begin the adoption process.
