Description:
Birthday approx August 1, 2005. Little Johnny Rocket was found hiding under a car in Albuquerque. He had “road rash” on his head, both front legs and his side. We don’t know if he fell from a vehicle, was hit and tossed by a passing car, or any other of many guesses to explain his superficial injuries. Fortunately, he didn’t have any broken bones. We advertised in the paper, reported him found to the shelters but an owner didn’t come forward. At just over seven pounds and about 2 to 3 years old, Johnny Rocket is going to make a terrific little dog for a family who would like a quiet and submissive companion. He loves to play with stuffed toys and gets along well with the other foster dogs. He fits in and is comfortable like an old friend. Picture is coming! ADOPTION FEE $200 Please visit http://www.quixotehumane.org/forms.htm to start the application process. Dogs are only available in New Mexico-within Albuquerque, Valencia County, Santa Fe, and the surrounding areas. No out of state adoptions. Applications are only held 30 days- please check our homepage for more information.
