Description:
Bubba is a 6 year old large Chihuahua/Doxie mix. He is a happy boy and does well with other dogs - both big and small!!! He was 15 pounds when adopted in September but has since been returned and now weighs a hefty 23 pounds. A serious diet is in his future.
Buddy is definitely a cuddler!! He loves to sit on your lap while you watch TV - or should I say lay across your lap upside down so you can rub his belly!!! He is good on a leash & likes to go out for a walk or run around in the back yard & play. He is a lower energy dog in the house - likes to hang out with his foster mom and foster brothers & sister or just lounge in his favorite dog bed or on the couch. Buddy is very loving and will make a great companion. He would be very happy to snuggle with you all night!
An ideal home for Bubba would be one with adults only or older children that would like for him to sleep with them at night under the blankets!! He really thrives in an environment that he can get a lot of attention, but he is willing to share you with a doggie friend.
Bubba also loves his treats and dinner time! He hops around on his back legs and gets so excited! It is very cute to see - makes me laugh every time.
