FRIENDS of HOMELESS ANIMALS, INC. which is a RHODE ISLAND NON PROFIT 501 (c)(3) RESCUE.IS NOT ALLOWED TO ADOPT DOGS TO RESIDENTS OF MASS. Adoption donation $350.The shelter called us in desperation to see if we could take Tina in. She was on the list last Thursday morning to be put to sleep because they were running out of space. When they pulled her, they COULD NOT do it. So they put her back in her kennel and swore they'd find a rescue who could take her.
