This is baby Davis. He was found in GA by a good samaritan with a wound where he was apparently shot with a bow/arrow. With the help of a fellow rescuer, we all got him to a vet, who diagnosed that his leg ws not saveable due to the extent of damage. His limb was amputated and he is doing great! A dog with three legs has a totally normal life, and is just as difficult to keep up with as any other dog. They have NO disability in reality, but due to the fact that it takes an extra special person to see past his missing limb, he is listed as special needs. He was up and walking right after surgery! He will be arriving to NJ soon!! Updates to follow! Please give this beautiful loving dog the home he so deserves after all he has been through! You will not be sorry!
