Kado is a friendly, tail wagging guy, 57 pounds but short, compact, and very muscular, with a great big head and big ears that stand straight up most of the time! Kado will sit nicely for treats and takes them gently from your fingers. He's a super friendly and social guy who loves people and loves getting tummy rubs, but, as with any young guy, could benefit from more formal training. In addition to being fabulous with people, Kado is playful with other dogs too. When tested with dogs he was ready to romp around and make some canine friends. Due to the fact that he has very minor food issues we will not be placing Kado with small children. He simply gets still/stiff and it looks like he freezes because he doesn't know what you're going to do. However he didn't growl or snap, and he allowed his food bowl to be taken away without making a fuss. Kado will be going to a foster home later this week and we will have even more information (and updated in-home pictures!) on this lovely boy at that time. As with all One Tail at a Time dogs, Kado is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and heartworm tested. His adoption fee is $200.
