Hey folks - just wanted to give you all an update on my search for the right home for me.
As you may know, my name is now Rowan. I grew up in very tough circumstances. I survived 4 awful years in a cage with very little human contact, no veterinary care and no love.
I've been going to doggie day care with my buddy Faegan for 3 months and we play all day there and meet new dogs and people. So I'm starting to be a bit less afraid and a bit more like the rest of the gang here in NY. I'm still pretty skiddish around new stuff. But bit by bit I think I'm finding my way.
My foster dad still says he should have called me Jack-in-the-Box because I can leap straight up in the air!!!! I've discovered snow too. Its kind of fun to stick your head in and roll around.
I am about 4 years old, and I’m a sweet and gentle boy. I would really love to be in a home where I had a buddy to be with. My buddy here and I love to play together and chew on each other. My foster dad also thinks I'd probably do the best in a home where things are pretty stable and calm.
If you'd like more information on me, email my foster dad at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Taking 13 Brittanys into rescue at one time has strapped NBRAN’s resources, and we could use your help to cover the tremendous expenses we have incurred. All the dogs will get the veterinary care they need to be healthy and adoptable, but that takes money. If you can help, go to our home page and learn about the ways you can contribute to helping the PA 13. Thank you for looking at our rescued Britts!
