1-14-10 Meet Raider, he was rescued from TX and not much is known about his background. We do know he is a young adult (about 18 months old) male Brittany that is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and is heartworm negative. So he is ready for his furever home. Raider is a laid back, calm, lovable dog. He loves people especially those who will scratch his head, give him hugs and love on him. He likes to lie in your lap (he thinks he is a small lap dog) and loves to run, play with other dogs, and squeaky toys. Raider is learning commands; he knows how to sit and shake and is doing very well with training. He listens well, sleeps in a crate at night and not a barker. He gets along with and plays well with other dogs, he hasn’t been around cats, but Raiders personality most likely he would get along with them, also good around kids. He wants a home where he can run outside but live inside. But most of all Raider just wants a home where he will be loved and treated well. Up date from Kara Raider is very calm. but he gets to play all day with three other dogs and is worn out by the time we get home. He is young and needs some training, but he tries and he knows how to sit, shake and working on stay. He doesn't seem to be to hyper. Kara Raider is a very sweet ,neutral boy . He plays well with other dogs,not tested on Cats yet. Good with older kids though unknown with Toddlers but as calm as he is I would think that would be fine as well. He walks well on leash and travels well. He weighs approx 43# and is Neutered,vaccinated , Heartworm Negative and Micro chipped.
