Hi! I would like everyone to meet Flash. He's a beautiful 10 month old neutered male. He was an owner surrender due to divorce. He came from a family with several children and by all appearances is that he is very fond of playing with them. However he is a little rough and has not had much restraint, so if he goes to a home with children, I would suggest that they be older as he may knock down toddlers. Flash is 35 pounds is up to date on all his shots and heartworm negative. He appears to be a very healthy young dog who need a lot of attention, exercise and obedience training. He is very active and needs to go to a home with a solid fenced in yard. His previous home had a fence but it was not secure so he is use to being able to escape from fences. He will need to be watch carefully until he settles into his new home when he is allowed out in the yard as he will check it throughly for weak spots. Flash loves playing with toys and listens very well when he knows you have doggie treats in your pocket. Although Flash pays pretty good attention to you while on a leash, off leash is another story. He is very much into chasing birds and will eventually come when called but if there is a bird to be chased he will do that first. Flash is a very sweet little dog and very loving. At this point I cannot say that he is fully house trained and would suggest that he be crated when alone in the house. He seems to be a very smart little boy for a good firm, loving family to be able to train him to be a wonderful companion. He gets along well with other dogs, just tends to be a bit rough with children.
