Description: 
Dan was just pulled from a shelter, and sadly, he was found to be infected with heartworm. He will need to undergo treatment for the heartworm. Once he has been treated for that and he is strong enough for surgery, he will need to be neutered. It will be at least a few months before he is ready for adoption.
