Hi everyone- my name is Lilly- and I am sweet! My foster mom tells me that all the time- and she loves me a bunch. I am living in PA now and I came from Louisiana. I like kids and other dogs and cats too.
I lived with a family in LA, but they could not afford to pay for the hip surgery I needed, and with a couple little people running around, they didn’t think I’d be able to heal if I stayed with them. Fortunately, a lot of nice people came together and chipped in to get my hip fixed up! I know I’ll be OK- ?cause I’m an NBRAN dog! Bye for now- gotta go see what my foster brother is up to!
Lilly’s foster mom here... she is the sweetest little dog! She weighs about 32 pounds, has a curly long tail and the cutest ears! She and the resident one year old Brittany will play, and when she gets sore, they will lie on the floor and "face play". She is going to make someone a wonderful pet- once she heals fully from her surgery. One of her parents was a Britt for sure- and we’re not quite sure what the other parent was. She is not spayed currently, but will be spayed and micro chipped before being offered for adoption. Lilly’s adoption fee is $350.00- which will not begin to cover all the costs we will have in getting her healthy.
Lilly’s surgery was a success - she is using her leg more and more but tires easily because the muscle mass just isn't there yet. She is currently participating in swim therapy on Tuesdays and Fridays. Lilly is running and playing ball in the house and outside, she does jump on and off the sofa and is really doing well!
If you’d like more info on Lilly, email Pauline Traficante – PA co-coordinator at email@example.com. Thanks for checking out Lilly, and be sure and check back for updates. If you’d like to adopt her, fill out an adoption application so we can process your file, and then when Lilly is ready to go, you’ll be all set! We can transport Lilly up to 1300 miles via the wonderful Brittany volunteer transport team- so don’t be afraid to look at her- even if you don’t live in PA. Thanks for looking at our NBRAN dogs!
