Hey there, just wanted give you a update of my life as a houseboy. I have been living the past three weeks with two awesome boxer roommates and a human who is very kind, loving and patient with me. The reason I say patient is that I didn't know what it was like to get human attention and live in a house. I walk alot taller now. I heard people say, come on Bruno you don't have to hunch down when you walk anymore. You aren't stuck in a crate to small for your handsome body, so you have plenty of room to stretch and stand tall. Not quite sure what I am suppose to do with all of these things laying around they call toys, but I guess they are fun. Those other guys seem to enjoy them. All I can say right now is that I love my new life. I get yummy food, regular exercise and the cutest Mom in the world to snooze with. I think I will be ready to find a furever home soon.
06/06/08: Bruno is a handsome 4 year old flashy brindle boy. Life as a house companion is all very new to Bruno. Up until his arrival in SDBR he lived in a breeding facility. Lucky for us (and Bruno), the kennel went out of business and his boxer angel brought him to us!
Everything in the house is a new adventure, but Bruno seems to be acclimating extremely quick. He is a quick learner!! How to be spoiled is his best subject, taking lessons from his two resident boxer friends. Bruno loves to sleep in bed and will wake you up with boxer kisses SLUUURP!!
Bruno will go in soon for his vetting. Check back later for better pictures and updates on this lover of a boy!
Bruno's adoption donation is $275.00. All of SDBR boxers are fully vetted and microchipped prior to adoption.
Please see our website, www.sdboxerrescue.com, for complete adoption information, application form and further information about SDBR.
