Description: 
Poor ol' Joe was found as a stray while we were looking for another lost dog. He was sitting at the end of somneone's driveway on the east side of Detroit. When we pulled up we noticed his sternum bone was exposed through big holes in his skin. We took him to the vet and had him stiched up. It appears as though he was beat up by another dog, or possibly by a human. The neighborhood he was found in, isn't always nice to our four legged critters. He is very friendly with people and other dogs. He has a happy personality and a sweet disposition! Come to our next adoption event to meet him in person!
