Prequalification Form Hi! My name is Maxey. My mommy, my sisters and I were rescued by the good people at Animal Care & Control. We were removed from our previous home because of cruelty and neglect. We heard that our mommy had to be 'put to sleep'. We don't know what that means but we never saw her again. Luckily, after ACC took us into custody, one of the wonderful people at ARPO saw us and took us all home. We all were really skinny and sick but with the wonderful care and love she has given us, we are all healthy and happy now! I am about 10 weeks old, neutered, up-to-date on my age appropriate shots, wormed and micro-chipped. I am a typical puppy...I love to play, eat and sleep. I also love to cuddle with my foster mom on the couch while she rubs my belly. I really hope you will consider meeting me and maybe even adopting me. My foster mom thinks I am a very special puppy. I promise I will make you a great companion for life! Please do not inquire about me if you plan on using an invisible fence. Some dog will run through it to get to the other side. My foster mom wants me to be safe in my new home. In addition, if you have children, an actual, physical fence maybe required....some children will open the door and out I will go! This is also to keep me safe in my new home If you would like to meet me, I will be at Castleton Petsmart from noon to 4:00 PM. I would not wait too long! ARPO limits our adoptions
