Description:
Please contact Stella (ahomeawaypetcare@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet. 'AHomeAway', Rescue,Adoptions and Pet Care~ We are a small private facility that believes 99% of all surrenders are because of behavior problems with pets and lack of committment of owners. Obedience training and educating yourself on the breed before adopting, and after are two very important factors in a successful relationship between pet and pet parent. All adoptions are incouraged to enter obedience class with their new pet and spay or neuter is mandatory. Bear, is a very loving dog with alot of personality. He is close to 1 yr. but has been taught nothing. He wants to please and learns quickly, however he is very rambuncious. He needs some weight and alot of direction. He most diffenetly needs a fenced yard and someone with the time patience and love to give him. I promise he will be worth it in the end.Bear willbe ready neutered and vaccinated all up to date before he leave this facility. His adoption fee will be the cost of his neuter, around $75.00 dollars to the right home. All adoptive pets are spay or neutered and UTD on vaccinations before leaving AHomeAway, unless prior arangements are made in certain curcumstances to be done after new pet parent takes ownership. The adoptions fees are minamul according to the vet care they have recieved. These monies go for their care and vet caring for other new adoptable pets. You must fill out a pre-adoptive application and agree to regulations and be 21 yrs of age. The best suited owner and home is what we strive to find and place these pets in. A Win-Win situation for all~
