She isn't the prettiest Boston girl, but it sweet. She has a big boo-boo on the crown of her head and some other minor bumps and lumps, but nothing glaring. Pretty nice coat condition and color. She has a mostly-white face, but really bad rusty yeast tear stains that should be addressed with Angel Eyes or some similar treatment.She gobbled down some food nicely. This new girl appears very laid back, quiet and sweet - she just curled up on the rug behind my office chair and is snoozing away contentedly. For someone who wants a low-energy, laid-back Boston, she sure fits that ticket!Mai Tai is a very sweet laid back girl. She is a bit food protective and you need to be aware of this if you have other dogs and feed her separately from your other dogs. Here if she starts growling I squirt her with the squirt bottle and the squabble stops. I personally think she has a beautiful head and face even though she is mismarked. Mai Tai will make someone a great companion. Normally we do not process applications unless you select a specific dog and make a deposit of $200 as we are all volunteers and limited resources - your deposit tells us you are serious. If you are not approved to adopt or we can not provide the dog you are interested in, your deposit is refunded. If you are approved, the deposit is applied toward the total donation of the dog. If the dog is not a good match, we will work with you to find another dog, but the deposit is not refundable. We want you to be certain that this is a decision your have thought through thoroughly & not just a whim so if YOU change your mind for ANY reason, your deposit is not refundable!
