See Baloo's Homepage Baloo was dumped at Angel Hill by his owner along with Betsy and Sparky. He is a sweet and friendly male Border Terrier. He is now up to date on shots, wormed and will be neutered prior to adoption. We are still learning about him so please check back for updates.
